How To Use:

Take all the products daily once per day.  Take the Oatmuscle with protein powder.

Take Vitamin C TWICE a day.

Take the Phytorelief ALL DAY (max 4 per day, spaced 4 hours apart, and don’t drink for at least 30 minutes after completely dissolved)

Stop using Phytorelief after a couple of days.
